海淀区近日出台 《中关村科学城数字经济创新发展三年行动计划》，2021~2023年涵盖了15项具体行动，启动16项“两区”建设重点项目。

　　近日，海淀区发布了《中关村科学城数字经济创新发展三年行动计划》,涵盖了15项具体行动，配套了92个重点项目。并提出到2023年中关村科学城将力争培育1~2家具有全球竞争力的5000亿级企业。海淀区副区长林航发布说行动计划将在加快布局新型数字基础设施，着力加强引领性数字技术攻关，全面推进数字化治理方式变革等5个方面发力。

　　There are projects like 5G networks coverage, smart grids and Internet of Vehicles. In the North Park of Zhongguancun, Baidu's driverless vehicles can be accessed through a mobile app. We also use digital technology and industrial intelligence technology in the parks in Haidian District especially for gardening and water preservation applications.

　　The industrial layout in the northern part of Zhongguancun Science City will be further improved. 16 key infrastructure projects have been signed for the construction of the "Two Zones".
